After shuffling the documents on the Index card by hand, click this button to sort them into the displayed order.

After shuffling the documents on the Index card by hand, click this button to sort them into the displayed order.

This button is greyed out now because you've made no changes to the document order using the Sort by Hand feature.

Note

Clicking on this button displays the “Note” window, where you can keep track of the current state of your projects, keep notes, etc.

Option-clicking on the text in the window locks or unlocks it for editing.



Step Line

Click and hold down the up arrow to move the selected document forward (upward) in the editor, click and hold the down arrow to move it back (downward) in the editor.

When done, click on the Sort button to sort the documents accordingly.

Document Index

This is the index of documents currently stored in the editor. Click on the "Index" button to rebuild the list, or check the "Auto Index" checkbox to automatically rebuild the index on opening the Index card.
